LIFEONS – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LIFEONS.
We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


7-Day Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Not damaged or stained


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are worn/washed

  • Products with perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks

  • Sale items or discounted items (unless damaged)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards


🔄 Exchange Policy

You can exchange your product only for:

  • A different size, or

  • The same product if the received item is defective or damaged

If your desired size is unavailable, we can offer:

  • Store credit (valid for 6 months), or

  • A refund (only in case of damaged/wrong item)


🚚 Return Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address through our delivery partners.

Pickup attempts:

  • 3 attempts will be made

  • If all 3 fail, the return will be cancelled


🧾 Inspection & Approval

After the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a mandatory quality check.

Return will be approved only if:

  • Product passes inspection

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • There is no wear, tear, or odor

If the product fails inspection, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.


💸 Refund Process

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged/defective product

  • Size not available during exchange

Refund method:

  • Store Credit (fastest option) – issued within 24–48 hours

  • Bank/UPI Refund – 5–7 working days after approval

  • Prepaid Orders → refunded back to original payment method

  • COD Orders → refunded via UPI/bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video/photo proof.
